Agreement

By using the SKIORA Tours website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or send personal details.

SKIORA Tours is operated by SKIORA (PVT) LTD. Our office is at 195/1, Pore, Athurugiriya, Sri Lanka. Production domains may change; these terms apply to the service regardless of branding updates.

What we offer

We provide information and enquiry tools for private drivers, airport and city transfers, and multi-day tour planning in Sri Lanka. Prices shown as “from” or guide figures are indicative until we confirm a written quote.

Submitting a form or WhatsApp message is a request for a quote or coordination — not an automatic confirmed booking until we (or our partner) confirm availability, price, and payment terms in writing.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate trip and contact details, and to keep travel documents (passports, visas, permits) valid for your journey.

• You are responsible for arrival times, flight changes, and communicating delays that affect pickups
• You must treat drivers, guides, and local partners respectfully and follow reasonable safety instructions
• Illegal activity, harassment, or misuse of our forms (spam, false enquiries) is not allowed

Quotes, bookings, and payments

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote message (or a reasonable short window if none is stated). Final pricing may change if trip details change — dates, vehicle type, distance, waiting time, or extra stops.

Payment methods, deposits, cancellation fees, and refunds are set in the quote or booking confirmation for your trip. Website “from-prices” alone do not create a payment obligation.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change rules depend on the confirmed booking and any supplier policies we pass through. Contact us as soon as plans change so we can minimise fees and rebook where possible.

Force majeure events (severe weather, strikes, government restrictions, road closures, or similar) may require route changes, delays, or cancellations. We will work with you in good faith but are not liable for events outside our reasonable control.

Third-party services

Drivers, vehicles, lodgings, safari operators, and other suppliers are often independent partners. We coordinate introductions and logistics; each partner remains responsible for the service they deliver under their own standards and insurance where applicable.

Website content

Destination guides, itineraries, and route descriptions are for planning help. Travel conditions change; always verify opening hours, park rules, and safety advice closer to your dates. Photos may include Unsplash imagery used under the Unsplash License for illustration.

You may not scrape, copy at scale, or republish our content for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKIORA Tours / SKIORA (PVT) LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or travel arrangements, including lost enjoyment, missed connections beyond our control, or supplier defaults — except where liability cannot be excluded (for example death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Our total liability related to any enquiry or booking we arrange is limited to the fees you paid to us for that booking, except where the law says otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence say otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
